Pedigree of the proband. The patient’s family consisted of three generations, including 10 members. The proband’s father (I-2) of the first generation was deceased. Included the proband and her immediate family members, seven people totally were tested (I-1, II-1, II-3, II-5, II-6, III-1, III-2), and the three members who carried the gene variants were the proband (II-3), the proband’s sister (II-1), and the proband’s niece (III-1)
