Molecular features and molecularly targeted agents for druggable genes in adrenal tumors. ACC from the adrenal cortex and PPGL from the adrenal medulla have different molecular features. The major molecular cascades are p53/Rb and Wnt/β-catenin pathways for ACC, and pseudohypoxia, kinase signaling, and Wnt signaling pathways for PPGL.
